Lalalala.

May 9, 2009

You know what the most wonderful thing in the world is? When someone comes out to their parents, and they take is super well. That’s just the greatest thing ever.

Life has been pretty freaking awesome lately. Last weekend I went to a Silverstein concert with Val. It was THE COOLEST THING I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I ❤ concerts, and I plan on going to maaanny more of them this summer. Then on wednesday I took my AP Calculus exam. It went pretty well for the most part. I felt like I got a 4 on it, but according to Walker if you thought you got a 4, that means you got a 5. Soooo, maybe I got a 5. That would make my life. =D

Today I went shopping for clothing. It was a BLAST. I got three shirts, two tank tops, a necklace, earring and a purse. It’s was a rather girly afternoon.

Tomorrow I am GOING TO THE ZOO!!! I’m super excited for this. I need to take pictures for photography while I’m there though, which kinda sucks. But still, I get to partay with the monkays! Yay.

OH, I have also offically been ungrounded as of wednesday. That means I can actually start driving this weekend. WOOOO!

Life is good.

School is a horrible invention.

May 1, 2009

I would like to punch my photography teacher in the face. He keeps on giving me B’s on all of my projects and now I have an 83% in that class. X_X The worst part is the fact that my CALCULUS grade is higher than that. Wtf is up with that. How can I be soo bad at photography? All it is is taking pictures of things and then developing them. GAH.

In slightly happier news, THE AP EXAM IS NEXT WEEK! YAYAYAY! 5 more days and I won’t ever have to think about AP exams again…until next year. *happydance*

Biology is terrible. But that’s mostly the teacher’s fault.

I’m starting to like history more and more these days. Espically wars. Wars are awesome. My favorite war is offically World War I.

On a completely unrelated note, I got my permit last week! Sadly, I got grounded 3 days later (again) so no driving for me for some time. Grr.

Today I reread the 7th Harry Potter book. It was absolutely FANTASTIC. How could I have forgotten how awesome Harry Potter was?

I am offically obsessed with the band Epica. Their music is just soo…EPIC. And the lead singer rather attractive.

Hmm, what else is there to say?

Nothing, actually.

Goodnight all.

April 8, 2009

This having to blog everyday forces me to be creative. But when creativity is forced, it comes out very, very, very, very slooowly…which makes this whole deal difficult. Arg.

I am slowly starting to make friends again! Woo!

Ahh, nothing interesting to say.

Spring break has offically started! My plans: Study for AP exam, do genetic disorder project for biology,  study some more for AP exam, shoot pictures for photography, and then study even more for AP exam. My AP Calculus review book came in the mail the other day, and by the end of the break, the AB section of it will almost be completely done. Or atleast that’s the plan.

Marching band starts next week. Yay!

My birthday is also next week! More YAY!

I am eating string cheese. YAYAY!

And that’s enough of that.

Math Joke:
Q: Why do you rarely find mathematicians spending time at the beach?
A: Because they have sine and cosine to get a tan and don’t need the sun!

Hahaha…not really.

“I don’t want Minute Maid, I want Freshed Squeezed!”

April 7, 2009

Hahahaha. Good times, good times.

WordPress seems to be thinking that I didn’t post yesterday, which I totally did. Dunno what it’s deal is.

Today was a pretty normal day…finally. By normal I mean a day where i’m just my happy self (not in a pool of weird emotions), and the people around me are also just themselves. (Again not in a pool of weird emotions.) I feel like I haven’t had one of those days in a while now, it was nice.

I seem to be having some extreme ESP moments with Daniel lately. It’s pretty cool, and weird. We both seem to know exactly what the other person is thinking at that exact moment. The brain is a crazy thing.

Hmm, I don’t have much else to say…

Some people are rather hawt when they tan. Just thought i’d throw that out there. =)

Math-related statement for the day:

“Mathematics is like love; a simple idea, but it can get complicated.”

So true, so true.

Math Pick Up Lines

April 6, 2009

In the spirit of Math Awareness Month, I was researching some math humor the other day. During my research I came across the greatest thing known to man: Math Pick Up Lines.

Here a some of my favorites:

“I wish I were an integral, so I could be the space under your curves.”

“My love is like an exponential curve. It’s unbounded”

“Euclid said that two parallel planes don’t touch. Let’s go back to my room and study some non-Euclidean geometry.”

“I hope you know set theory because i want to intersect and union you.”

I wish i was your problem set, because then i’d be really hard, and you’d be doing me on the desk.”

“I wish i were a derivative so i could lie tangent to your curves.”

“Hey babe, Can I have your significant digits?”

I could go on, but I need to go to bed before my parental units realize I’m on the computer.

Time for the math joke of the day!

Teacher: “What is seven Q plus three Q?”

Student: ” Ten Q”

Teacher: “You’re Welcome.”

Don’t they just get better and better? =)
